Caves Primavera is a specialist in the production of Mass Wine, commonly referred to as Altar Wine, since the 60s of the last century. This liqueur wine is produced according to the standards defined by the Holy See, and only after obtaining the document issued by the ecclesiastical authorities (Diocese of Aveiro and Braga’s Archdiocese), is placed on the market. We recently had a visit from a “Diário do Minho” team who came to do a story on the production of this type of wine.
